The IPAF Push Along Vertical (PAV) Course consists of both theory and practical sessions which include:

Introduction to PAV
Pre-use checks, inspection and function checks
Planning the route before operating the PAV
PAL card and overview and pre-theory test
Regulations, legislation and guidance
Basic operational practice
Safe operating methods and hazards
Start/Stopping the PAV and correct shut down procedures
Practical training and test
